Construction Training Center of the Pacific (BIA Hawaii)

The project consists of a 2-story building with 15,800 square feet of interior space.  Originally designed as a 3-story building, initial pricing was in excess of the funding available.  Revised plans eliminated the third floor, as well as other reductions in scope.  Numerous contributions, including donated construction materials, were received in order to make the project a reality.

The new facility was completed in October 2009.  It provides pre-apprenticeship training for aspiring construction workers and is also be the new headquarters for BIA Hawaii.
